Vanguard V is a fast action VR experience that takes you on a journey from the low orbit of our planet, down to the very core. Designed for VR from day one, Vanguard V is a celebration of control, design, and amazing music.

Production of this title is a collaboration of eight team members. Much of the talent was sourced from dedicated people in the reddit community. From voice acting to chip tune music, reddit has been instrumental in making this VR experience a reality. The power of the internet is truly amazing.

Vanguard V is an all-new Virtual Reality action game that takes the best aspects of flight and adventure. Driven by music, story, and innovative VR design, Vanguard V is a celebration of gameplay to welcome Virtual Reality to the world.

You play as Qu, who has tracked the parasite menace from worlds afar and with the help of her A.I. companion, BiT, is fighting to save the planet's inhabitants from utter annihilation. Fly in low orbit while re-entering the atmosphere, skim the waters of the ocean, dive into the tunnel from the initial impact and make your way to the center of the planet to exterminate the source of the parasite infestation. Lock on with your VR targeting system and blast through the alien threat!

Virtual Reality

is a new frontier. I believe in VR so much that I'm risking everything, leaving a safe industry job and bringing together a small group of experienced game devs I've worked with in the past to create something that we're all passionate and excited to make.

Going indie takes a lot of hard work. You have to handle hardware, licensing, software, coding, everything. With that responsibility comes the freedom to make a pure gaming experience that is only bound by your imagination and dedication.

This is a game studio in the making. A studio not only supportive, but dedicated to titles designed for VR from the very beginning of production. We are comprised of a small group of industry veterans and a collection of talented individuals discovered through the wonders of the internet, that are all excited to bring you this fun and immersive title.

It is a joy and honor to create games for everyone to play. With Virtual Reality soon to hit the masses, game developers have an opportunity to connect to the players in ways previously impossible. I couldn't be more excited than I am right now to make games.

Beyond the foundation of the game's development - 3D art, design, and code, which is developed locally - the extra talent contributions have been made possible by reddit. The voice work, script writing, cover art, and much of the music have been produced by individuals I recruited through reddit. With reddit, I've found some fantastic talent who will help really bring this title to life.

The contributions you provide will fund the developers and the talent who, up until now, have all donated their time and energy without any financial gain. While this is a great testament to how much we love and believe in this title, it's still a strong limiting factor on how far we can take the game's production.

But it's not just the cast and crew that believe in this project. Sony and Oculus have been fantastic at ensuring that we have the tools and hardware that we need to bring great VR to the masses.

It is our goal to have Vanguard V finished by the launch of the Sony Morpheus and Oculus Rift and available on Mobile VR platforms.

es una nueva frontera. Creo en VR tanto que me estoy arriesgando todo, dejar un trabajo seguro y la industria que reúne a un pequeño grupo de desarrolladores de juegos experimentados que he trabajado en el pasado para crear algo que todos somos apasionados y emocionados de hacer.

Yendo indie toma un montón de trabajo duro. Usted tiene que manejar el hardware, licencias, software, codificación, todo. Con esa responsabilidad viene la libertad de hacer una experiencia de juego puro que sólo está obligado por su imaginación y dedicación.

Se trata de un estudio de juegos en ciernes. Un estudio no sólo de apoyo, pero dedicado a los títulos diseñados para VR desde el inicio de la producción. Nos abarcan de un pequeño grupo de veteranos de la industria y una colección de individuos talentosos descubiertos a través de las maravillas de la Internet, que son todos muy contentos de traer este divertido y título inmersiva.

Es una alegría y un honor para crear juegos para que todos jueguen. Con la realidad virtual que pronto llegó a las masas, los desarrolladores de juegos tienen la oportunidad de conectar con los jugadores en formas que antes era imposible. No podría estar más emocionado que estoy ahora mismo para hacer juegos.

Más allá de la base del desarrollo del juego - 3D arte, el diseño y el código, que se desarrolla a nivel local - han sido posibles las contribuciones de talentos adicionales por reddit. El trabajo de la voz, la escritura de guiones, arte de la cubierta, y gran parte de la música que han sido producidos por individuos que reclutados a través de Reddit. Con reddit, he encontrado algo de talento fantástico que le ayudará realmente traer este título a la vida.

Los aportes suministrados por financiarán los desarrolladores y el talento que, hasta ahora, todos han donado su tiempo y energía sin ningún beneficio económico. Si bien este es un gran testimonio de lo mucho que nos amamos y creemos en este título, que sigue siendo un factor limitante fuerte de lo lejos que podemos tomar la producción del juego.

Pero no es sólo el reparto y equipo que cree en este proyecto. Sony y Oculus han sido fantásticos a garantizar que contamos con las herramientas y el hardware que tenemos que traer gran VR a las masas.

Nuestro objetivo es tener Vanguard V terminó con el lanzamiento de la Sony Morpheus y Oculus Rift y disponible en plataformas de realidad virtual móvil.
